CHRISTMAS

So Christmas is almost upon us. How on earth did it get to be December already!

Well we are not quiet where we would have liked to have been by now…..

Many of you keep asking when our main kitchen will be up and running again after our fire. Well sadly it seems we have lost our battle with the insurance company and on a tiny two line small print in a 182 page policy, they have managed to find a way of not paying us. We have done everything we can but without the funds to take them to court there is little else we can now do. We simply will have to keep going and find a way ourselves.

We are however cooking up a storm from our outdoor kitchen for now and chef Dom has proved himself yet again as a chef super hero and is turning out some truly wonderful dishes.

We thought to go with the outdoor theme this December we will be shaping our little selection of food in the style of Alpes mountain food.

We will have such delights as fondue, Tartiflette, Sirloin steak, wood fired Pizzas, bratwursts, and venison of offer for you all to enjoy.
